Instructions
Prep the Brussels Sprouts
Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half lengthwise. Pat them completely dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness.
Season and Coat
In a large bowl toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil minced garlic salt black pepper and red pepper flakes. Make sure every piece is well coated.
Air Fry First Round
Place Brussels sprouts cut side down in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes shaking the basket halfway through.
Add the Glaze
Whisk together balsamic vinegar and honey in a small bowl. Drizzle the glaze over the Brussels sprouts in the basket and toss to coat evenly.
Finish and Serve
Return the basket to the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees F for an additional 5 minutes until the glaze is caramelized and the edges are crispy. Serve immediately.
