Dry and Season the Wings
Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels. In a large bowl toss the wings with baking powder garlic powder smoked paprika onion powder salt and pepper until evenly coated.
Preheat the Air Fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes. This step ensures the wings start cooking immediately and get crispier faster.
Air Fry the Wings
Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overlap them. Cook at 400 degrees F for 12 minutes then flip each wing.
Flip and Finish Cooking
After flipping continue cooking for another 10 to 13 minutes until the wings are deeply golden and the skin is visibly crispy.
Sauce and Serve
Toss the hot wings in your favorite sauce immediately or serve them plain alongside dipping sauces. Serve right away for maximum crunch.
