Instructions
Preheat and Prepare Pan
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a standard 9x5 inch loaf pan with butter or line with parchment paper. Set aside.
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined and free of lumps.
Combine Wet Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, sour cream, and apple cider vinegar together until smooth and well combined.
Mix and Transfer
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a thick, uniform batter forms. Transfer batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake the Bread
Bake for 30 minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before slicing.
