Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir in Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes. Add pasta and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to medium and cook uncovered for 12 to 14 minutes, stirring frequently, until pasta is tender and sauce has thickened.
